Set in the heart of Birmingham’s thriving Jewellery Quarter, the Setl project saw the redevelopment of Cornwall House, a former office block built in the 1970s, into 101 high-quality one and two bed apartments, with commercial space on the ground floor.

Recruited to design and develop Setl, BNP Architects, well-known for their work within the historic surroundings of the Jewellery Quarter, ensured that this innovative residential development was aligned with the industrial characteristic of the area.
