Breaking Down Barriers in Workplace Mental Health
Like many industrial businesses, we recognised a challenge: our workforce is predominantly male and factory-based, where mental health hasn’t always been openly discussed. But at Ibstock, we don’t accept the status quo—we drive change.
By working with Everymind, we introduced a network of Mental Health Allies (MHAs)—trusted colleagues trained to provide a first point of contact for those experiencing mental health challenges. Alongside this, Everymind’s platform allowed us to track wellbeing conversations, identify trends, and provide targeted support where needed most.
